Millersburg Borough

Nestled along the legendary Susquehanna River, the cozy community of Millersburg offers visitors a true taste of hometown nostalgia. The town radiates out from the quintessentially Victorian Market Square Park featuring a Gazebo dating back to 1891. Millersburg evolved along with the introduction of one "modern" form of transportation after another. Visitors can travel back to the mid 17th century and visit the remnants of the Wiconisco Canal in MYO Park and the restored 1898 passenger rail station on West Center Street. And the brightest spot in Millersburg's transportation heritage is the National Historic Register's Millersburg Ferry System which traces its roots to 1817. The Ferry operates between Memorial Day and Labor Day or as long as the river level permits.
